Abilities: Standard (for Naruto canon) range of ninja abilities -- making basic illusions, running up walls/on ceilings/on water, decent to good with kunai and shuriken, etc etc so on so forth. On top of that, she uses a specialized form of taijutsu that inserts chakra into the opponents body that can be used to kill without touching them.
Notes for the Psychics: You're going to hear her being super harsh on herself, despite the fact that she's stupidly supportive of everyone else. Oh, and lots of thoughts about Naruto.... and cinnamon rolls. She really likes both of those things!
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: I'd appreciate a major heads-up for anything major, but....
