[Taken from the battlefield, Hinata let out a gasp before she found herself waking up on the ground. She slowly stood, taking in the fact that she was wearing clothing that was decidedly not her uniform from the war. In fact, her arms and legs were sticking out of the flimsy white dress, making her feel extremely under-dressed.

As she turned around, she saw a flash of purple that seemed to remind her a little of the jacket from her normal outfit. She reached out to grab at the colorful thing and brought back a handful of lavender feathers. Suddenly, she was overcome with nausea and lightheadedness before she passed out, never noticing the familiar face of her pink-haired comrade from Konoha as the blackness took over her again.]

[Have a very confused looking hime-type, Luceti. Complete with the self-conscious blush.] E-excuse me. M-my name is Hyuuga Hinata. I have just arrived here to this village. [The camera shifts to point out her lavender wings.] If they serve no practical usage, why are they there? And am I the only one who discovered a brand on the back of their neck? They seem rather obvious.

[She thinks it over carefully.] I-I suppose that it does resemble a code based in bars. But how does one use it to check a price?

It's a code that a computer reads. But I guess you don't know what that is either.

[Yeah, no...] Is a computer a sort of code-breaker?

That's one way to put it, sure. [A beat.] Hi, I'm Static. You need any help? I mean, besides questions. I can try to help with that, but I'm not sure about everything either.

[Okay, he has a pretty strange name. Static is a thing, isn't it? But, he seems friendly enough.]

I was merely curious about some things. My friend has been kind enough to assist me, since she has been here longer. [Hinata gives him a bow.] I appreciate the offer, Static-san.

Well don't mention it. Just doing my superhero-ly duty, right?

Super...hero? [Not a term that she's ever heard before. Yay ninjas? They all practically qualify for that status themselves.]

Yeah. Like, a hero. Only better.

[Her first thought is of Naruto-kun in the kyuubi's chakra cloak. Or when he appeared in his Sage Mode from Toad Mountain.]

I-I might know someone else who qualifies for that title.

Yeah? Like who?

Th-there were a few people from my...world who were extraordinary enough to warrant that title. Like the leader of my village and her teammates.

[Although, Orochimaru would have been a super villain towards the end of his life.]

Really? The leader of my city is just the Mayor. He's pretty cool, but I don't think he's really superhero material.

[She smiles a little at the man's comments.]

Y-yes, Tsunade-sama is wonderful. She's one of the best medical ninjutsu users to come out of our village. She is beautiful, smart, and passionate. And she loves our village very much.

Well, healing people is great and I've got nothing against it, I mean, that's what my mom did, but I don't think it technically counts as being a superhero.

[She thinks for a moment.] Does super strength and the ability to summon slugs of all sizes count?

First one? Definitely. Second one? What?

A-ah, in...on my world, if you spend enough time training, you can summon animals to assist you? N-Naruto-kun can summon toads like Jiraiya-sama. Tsunade-sama summons slugs. Kakashi-sensei can summon ninken, um, dogs to track things for him.

[She looks at him with a blush over her pale face.] I-is that not the case for you?

All I do is summon the police and that's after I've finished the job.

Oh, well, we had a police force in the village... [She trailed off, a pained frown on her face as she remembered what happened to that particular clan.]

I take it the use of past tense is a bad thing.

There were...problems. [That was diplomatic, right?]

Was it one of those 'when a good cop goes bad' situations?

I...I do not know all of the details. However, the clan that acted as the village's police force was massacred one night when I was a child.

[Her expression is pained as she thinks about what that entailed for certain people close to her.]

Only a boy my age survived.

[Wow. He thinks about the riot that took his mom. She wasn't the only one to die that day, but it wasn't quite so extensive as that. All of those people gone...]

That's awful. [...] I'm sorry.
